2026 Summer Weekly Themes:
NEW ADDITION! Week 8: BBQ at the POOL 7/27-7/31
Spend the last week of summer all day in the pool! We will spend the first hour at the house prepping both our lunch and dessert for the day to cook on the grill. Our art projects will be quick and easy, as well as something to work on during a camp-imposed “adult swim” at the top of each hour. This will give campers time to reapply sunscreen and do a quick craft!
Week 6: Lost Recipes & Memorial Art, 7/13-7/18
Food as memory and tribute. Campers revive inherited recipes and create sculptural works that honor the stories carried through the kitchen.
Week 5: Pizza & Pop Art, 7/6-7/10
From immigrant neighborhoods to a global icon. We explore pizza’s rise in popular culture while creating bold, graphic-inspired artwork.
Week 3: Plant-Based Traditions & Botanical Art, 6/22-6/26
Plant-based dishes shaped by geography and belief take center stage. Campers create botanical-inspired artwork rooted in natural form and pattern.
Week 2: Meatballs Across Cultures & Upcycled Art, 6/15 -6/19
Campers transform simple food ingredients and repurposed materials into upcycled art in the studio.
Week 1: Sliders & Street Art, 6/8-6/12
Handheld foods shaped by movement and neighborhood culture take center stage. Campers explore portable dishes while creating simple kinetic artwork that reflects motion and public expression.
